‘Remembering Amy’ is an annual event held on 15 June to remember Amy and all victims of careless and dangerous driving.

15 June is the anniversary of the day Amy was killed, unfairly and unnecessarily, by two drivers who were racing each other and driving dangerously.

Each year, on that day, we ask everyone to join with us in an act of remembrance by lighting a candle, in your own home or workplace, or by wearing something pink or purple (the Think Amy colours). Or both 🙂

We ask that you take a photo of your act of remembrance, write a message and post on it on social media by:

  • liking and sharing our Think Amy FB page (if you haven’t already)
  • liking & sharing our Facebook post about the event with your FB friends in the UK & all across the world
  • sharing your picture to the Think Amy FB page or tweeting or sending us your photo via Instagram at @thinkamycharity – help us find your post faster by using the hashtag #RememberingAmy

With your help each year, we can take a moment to remember all those who have lost their lives because of bad driving and promote Think Amy’s safe driving message.

If you would like to support us further, you can make also make donation here to help us spread Amy’s story to promote safe driving.

We have created a gallery of some of the many pictures posted from the 1st ‘Remembering Amy’ event on 15 June 2015. The support was amazing. Thank you to everyone who took part. It really does help.

Together we can make a difference.
